Arkansas Football: Noreel White decommits from Razorbacks

Tough news for Razorback football as they lost a commitment for their 2024 recruiting class.

The Ocean Springs, (Miss.) native is a top-250 prospect in this recruiting cycle. At 6’0 183 pounds, White was considered a versatile defensive back that’s able to defend any position in the secondary.

As a junior, White was an exceptional weapon accounting for over 1,000 all-purpose yards as a junior, averaging 12.9 YPR and 13 TDs. He was also productive on defense by forcing 2 INTs.

White announced on Twitter that he would be looking elsewhere in his recruitment. However, he will still be considering Arkansas as an option.

First off i would like to thank Coach Pittman and Coach Woodson and the Arkansas staff for believing in my abilities and trusting me since Day 1 and Fayetteville fan base and community was great

After much consideration and talks with my loved ones it is in my best interest to decommit from The University of Arkansas and reopen my recruitment

Arkansas will still be one of my top choices, respect my decision”

The Razorbacks still have a quality class even with the loss of White. With eight four-star commitments and a few prospects still undecided on their future, Arkansas is in a good position to make this class a promising one.
